Welcome to Mistikist. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Mistikist.

1. Licensing & Usage

Mistikist grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application for personal, non-commercial mental wellbeing support.

2. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

We offer premium subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime memberships). All premium trials are active for 7 days. At the end of the trial, subscriptions automatically renew at our standard rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payments are managed directly via your App Store or Google Play Store account.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Liability Limits

Mistikist is an educational and wellbeing support tool utilizing sound and light frequencies and brainwave entrainment. It does not replace medical therapy or diagnosis. Under no circumstances will Mistikist or its officers be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of our services.
